collije Posted February 10, 2013 Posted February 10, 2013 Nice touch for Bucher to open in Philly. Will have to take my friends there when I visit home. We grew up knowing that we could regularly get a great entree meal in the neighborhoods for under $20. They still shake their heads at me when I say that mid-20s average is reasonable (blame living in NYC and DC for that revised thinking lol)
