George's BBQ - Dry-Rubbed Hickory-Smoked Roadside Barbecue on Strauss Avenue in Indian Head

I've been to George's a few times. Really good ribs - not quite as good as Dale's Smokehouse just a mile up the road, but I'll take them over anything in DC proper. Solid sides too, better than Dale's. Recommend the mac and cheese and yams.

I have to say, after several more visits, these ribs are consistently excellent and probably now my favorite in the DC area. Their chicken is really good too.

Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself near Indian Head!
