Have they disassembled? It appears to be much as you say - on the verge of fame (I would argue they already had the critical acclaim), and then ... gone.

It looks like one well-received album in 2010, and then ... gone.

A ten-person band is very difficult to keep together, for reasons both personal and financial. Their lead vocalist Black Wolf is not a young man - for him to maintain that soprano voice would be challenging.

Radio silence out of them for a couple years.  I seem to remember them saying that they were taking a break to work on a new record, then went on (the dreaded) hiatus, and then nothing.  I'm assuming they broke up.

Shame, these guys became very popular in Milwaukee, were starting to get some good national exposure, had a great back-story, and really, were kick-ass in concert.  Loved their show at the R&R Hotel.
