Joe H
I think #4 (dining in literal darkness) actually started in Koln. Ten or so years ago I almost did it and now wish that I had. Berlin and London opened afterwards. The Koln restaurant was enormously popular. I met a couple of people who did it: fantastic stories. There are a number of ice restaurants (and ice hotels) including north of Quebec City and Norway. I have a good friend who spent several days at the Norwegian ice hotel and, while it makes an incredible story, he said they absolutely hated it. Unique yes. Bitterly cold, yes, too. He also mentioned there were several weddings there during their stay.

DonRocks
What's so dangerous about a ninja-themed New York restaurant? I was wondering that myself. The tea house in China? Yes.
