Well, you will be in the center of Cornish Pasty country...so you should indulge.  You'll probably find many tourist trap pasty shops, so look for local owned and operated shops.  Here's a couple articles on the matter:

The other great contribution to cuisine from that area is of course clotted cream.  I hear it goes well with strawberries, jam, and scones.
