I regularly rotate btwn DCity and Hill Country.  Hill Country's moist brisket is much more consistently good.  DCity generally has great pork ribs.  I did notice something, when the pitmaster is on premises, DCity is wonderful; however, when I go on Sundays, he's rarely there, resulting in very inconsistent brisket and sometimes bad pork ribs.

Note:  I only enjoy Texas style BBQ, i.e., I will gladly eat at Hill Country and DCity, it's just that DCity's inconsistency frustrates me.
