Tredici Enoteca, Chef Carlos Aparicio's Italian and Mediterranean Hotspot with an Excellent Wine Selection and Long Waits on Sansom Street in Midtown Village

Recommended Posts

I had some pretty good food here last week.  I ordered two specials - salt cod mousse and scallop crudo.  I had hoped the salt code mousse would be like Venetian Baccala but it was really bland.  The scallop crudo was slightly oversalted, but otherwise delicious.  I also ordered two items from the menu - Moroccan spiced ribs and squid ink tonarelli.  The black pasta with cockles was delicious - great texture, great flavor.  The ribs were also pretty good; however, I would've preferred a dry rub rather than a sauce.

Tredici has opened a branch in DC.  The squid ink tonarelli is worth checking out.
