Matt Adler and Alex Levin have both been lured away from Osteria Morini by The Schlow Restaurant Group (*). Matt Adler comes in as Executive Chef, in charge of all Italian concepts at SRG, and also all Alta Strada and Casolare outposts in the Northeast. I'm not sure where his central kitchen will be located. Alex Levin came in a month ago as Executive Pastry Chef, responsible for all pastry programs at all SRG restaurants in the country. Good luck to both chefs.
