DonRocks Posted May 27, 2017 Share Posted May 27, 2017 Season 2, Episode 2 of "Breaking Bad" ("Grilled") shows a false animal: This ghastly looking creature is a Hickory-Horned Devil, a caterpillar which I first saw on the Appalachian Trail not far from the Ashby Inn in Paris, VA. They have not migrated to the U.S. Southwest that I know of, i.e., Arizona or New Mexico. The Hickory-Horned Devil looks fierce, but is innocuous, and turns into a rather attractive moth.
