Nothing Bundt Cakes, Texas-Based National Bakery Chain in Several Suburban Locations

Silver Spring is getting an outpost of Nothing Bundt Cakes, a Texas-based national chain founded about 20 years ago in Las Vegas that has grown to about 300 franchises across the country, including locations in Gaithersburg and Vienna, Va.

We have a bunch of their stores out here.  The cakes are consistently nice (my office gets them for birthdays) but are...bundts. There really isn't much besides the shape to distinguish them from other cakes.  However, the smaller bundlets (slightly bigger than big cupcakes), while (I think) expensive for their size, do make a nice host/ess gifts.  They are cute and if you bring a few folks can try different flavors.

We have been frequenting the location in Ashburn and it is consistently busy, and cakes are always fresh.  Call ahead for special occasions and they will have it ready.  Very good, very moist and well packed to make delivery easy.
