It’s been a long pandemic and we were looking for something different that we could not get in DC. A friend suggested ordering pastrami from Katz’s and we did. It was delicious and as good as I remembered from in person visits years ago. We also ordered mustard and bread and potato knishes. The rye looked right but was still packaged when we received it.They suggested warming it but tho it had that ny rye taste, it was just not quite there. But the pastrami which comes frozen( who knew that could work)and vacuum sealed and comes with heating instructions proved to be truly great !! The six of us all agreed that although the pandemic bar is low, these sandwiches were delicious. The knishes were just ok. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
