In real life I play the role of a tv producer, and I've been looking for a butcher to come on the program I work on and talk about the various cuts of meat and how best to prepare them.

Does anyone know of a good local butcher who might be willing to make a TV appearance?

I enjoy this place a lot -- and I scored the Groupon as well. It has some of the better cuts of meat in the northern Virginia area, so whenever I'm planning a meal that involves cooking for carnivores, this place is probably my first stop in Springfield. I can also get them to do some trimming for me if I'm looking for something special. If they have it (whatever it is) I'll grab it and go cook. If they don't, then it's either one of two nearby halal grocers with nicely marinated chicken or lamb cuts, or as a third (and very reliable final) option, it's Costco for USDA prime.
