synaesthesia Posted February 26, 2008 Share Posted February 26, 2008 Beef enchiladas = yuck! The gravy for the meat has a flavor that may be more suited to cottage pie. Maybe that is what is traditional compared to the usual Tex-Mex tomato-y sauces. But I would never order it again. The black beans and rice were pretty good. edenman Posted February 26, 2008 Share Posted February 26, 2008 Chimichanga: not terrible, but probably only redeemed by the fact that it's a fried tortilla. The guac was strange, almost watery.
