This is the Magna Carta of food porn for me, but I haven't seen the El Bulli books. Really really beautiful photographs & the kind of text you'd expect. "Alinea is not a restaurant" etc. I bet it is going to make it much easier to talk my wife into going back. Hopefully this stuff will be diner food by the time I'm an old man.
