    Hello all,

    I'm Matteo. After 17 years in the resto business, I took 2 and a half years off to ride a desk 9-5. It was worth a shot, but now i am looking to get back into the industry and I feel "out of the loop". My online research brought me here. I want the scoop on what is new and exciting. Can't wait!
