FYI ... Opening in the old star diner this spring....

It's good but certainly not better than the typical Wheaton Thai fare

This place was a pleasant surprise ... especially for Bethesda. Excellent upscale comfort food. Took me back to some of the finer joints in Asheville. Spot on fried green tomatoes. Great job Nick.

I just went a few weeks ago ... everything was fantastic. The green curry seafood stew was my favorite although the eggplant dish made me a believer that eggplant could be made well. I'll be back many times.

Agree with everyone ... you are certainly on top of each other ... almost claustrophobic. The pizzas are fantastic and the one with truffles is as good as I've had (pupatella, bianco, motorino included)

One of my closest friends recently moved from NYC to Crofton (the things we do for love!). She's been great about coming into DC to meet me for dinner, brunch and cocktails, and I'd like to return the favor more often.
When I last visited her, we had an utterly forgettable meal in Annapolis on the bay (is it the bay? the harbor? whatever) at a Marriott or similar. I'd love to avoid that, if possible, but seeking out better local spots. I see that there's another Lebanese Taverna in Annapolis - that'll do, I suppose. I like it well enough.
But I'd love to come up with a few options to suggest to her because I expect to make the trip with some frequency. Thanks!
Just went to the Old Stein Inn ... surprisingly pricey ... but oh man what a meal and experience! EVERYTHING we had was top notch. Highly recommend.

Hello all ... I'm Barry ... frequent overeater ... lover of foods beyond bologna up to fine dining and everything in between. In addition to eating ... I'd love to meet folks who are researching starting something on their own ... particularly those that want to get down to the economics of how to build a successful single unit (likely breakfast/lunch sandwich type joint with maybe a fri/sat fine dining vibe for me)
Anyway, long time stalker ... first time registerererer

It's a surprisingly good spot. Glad the menu isn't changing much.
On a related note ... I hear Clarity is GREAT ... I need to get there ... even moreso now
