first, i don't know what fields the anchovies, caviar, scallops, mandarin orange, tagliatelle, etc. are coming from, but this sure doesn't say north dakota to me. has this restaurant already lost its identity?
Just to clarify, though the restaurant is majority owned by the North Dakota Farmers Union, it has always been our mission to source from and promote family farmers and small producers from all over the country.
