lperry Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 I happened to watch this program yesterday, and I was fascinated. It was the Napa Valley episode. I had heard about the famous 1976 French/Californian wine tasting, but I didn't know anything about the historical context or how it really launched Napa Valley as a wine region. The "re-creation" was a little hokey, but the rest was very well done and incredibly informative. I'm hoping the rest of the shows are just as good. I might just learn something!
