There is a lecture coming up at the HHMI Janelia Farm campus in Ashburn that may be of interest, so I thought I'd call it to everyone's attention. Here is a link.

Zuker has done a lot of work on umami and on the physiological basis of taste. However, just to get into the Janelia Farm campus and see the place is worth the trip. Very interesting place--Very interesting research. HHMI--Nobel prize central.
