I've gotten good bialys at Sniders Foods on Seminary Ave, just of Georgia Ave in Silver Spring. It's probably 1/2 - 1 mile South of the Forest Glen (red line) Metro stop. I'm not sure where they get them from. The bagles they have are very good also.
