I am somewhat a fan of SC having lived in Montreal for a while. But I first tried them right here in Springfield, where they had a location for some years on Commerce Street. The place they had became Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse (a chain place also) and is now the Dragon Sea Buffet Chinese. They never got any farther south to my knowledge and retrenched northward to today's very megre presence in the US.
