I wanted to comment on a few points here. For the record, Fran O'Brien's was in it's current space LONG before it started up these "Friday Night Out" events (in Oct. 2003). They evolved organically. They began with a few guys recovering at Walter Reed commenting on what a great thing it would be if.... and it grew. The ADA was passed while they were in their space. The short answer is you have your chronology wrong and lack material facts. Hope that helps.
