Dino Is Looking for a Beverage Director. This is a rare opportunity for the right person!

Dino, our Italian Osteria & Enoteca in Cleveland Park is looking for a full time beverage director. You will be following drink making legend, Chris Cunningham; and the challenge will be to take Dino’s Beverage program to greater success.

At Dino, we use top quality ingredients - from our artisan bar program to fresh squeezed juices made from local & organic fruit. You will have the freedom to create a beverage program of excellence including a balanced mix of your own inventions, classics and updated classics. We are a non-corporate, non-bureaucratic environment and a family run operation. You will be responsible for staff training of the beverage program, inventory levels and ordering, profitability of the beverage program. This is a great opportunity for a superb bartender to take things to the next level.

Dino is known as one of DC’s premier wine destinations and this is also a chance for you to work with chef/owner Dean Gold on the wine program. We specialize in small family owned and operated wines and have an almost 300 wine program.
