Eric Ziebold Posted April 9, 2009 Posted April 9, 2009 I am currently looking for Dining Room Management, Sous Chefs and a pastry chef for a new restaurant concept that I will be launching soon in the Mandarin Oriental. Reworking the current Cafe Mozu space(Next door to CityZen) the restaurant is meant to capture the spirit of "southern hospitality" in Southwest DC.
