Spring Grilling Class at BLT Steak- Limited Spots Available!

To usher in the spring and summer seasons, BLT Steak will host an exclusive grilling class on Saturday, May 16th from 12:00-2:30 p.m. Priced at $100 per person, the afternoon includes a freshly prepared lunch of choice grilled dishes. Limited to only 30 reservations, this lesson in the art of grilling is not to be missed.

Led by Chef de Cuisine Victor Albisu, guests will have the rare opportunity to learn special techniques and recipes, as he leads this intimate cooking class. Join Albisu as he enlightens guests with professional tips and tricks to perfect grilling during the summer months to come.

The class, which will be held outdoors on the restaurant’s front patio, is the first of its kind hosted at BLT Steak. With Albisu’s insight, learn to how to perfectly prepare such dishes as Kobe Flank Steak, Panzanella (grilled bread salad), Octopus, Chorizo, Bronzino and Grilled Peaches for upcoming barbeques.

Albisu combines his own knowledge of fire-grilled flavors with the classic techniques of BLT Restaurant Group Executive Chef and Partner Laurent Tourondel to create an accessible method that will ensure even the most novice of grillers will walk away with a flawless summer grilling menu. Chef Tourondel’s summer grilling tips can also be found in his latest cookbook, Bistro Laurent Tourondel that will be available for purchase during this special event.
