Great opportunity for anyone interested to pursue the position of Dining Room Manager.

The venue is Local Sixteen in Washington DC.

It is now undergoing some changes, new chef is on board, we are now seeking a dedicated detail oriented person to manage the dining room , working closely with the chef.

The job is available now, but willing to wait for the right person.

The Restaurant features A main floor dining room, with full bar, a second floor used for events and receptions, and a roof top with full bar that will have an additional service kitchen with wood burning pizza oven.

Also the addition of a swanky Jazz Club is in the works for the lower level. The owner already operates a Jazz Club in Washington.

The owner is the operator of other venues in Washington.

The owner has a close relationship with a local organic farmer for produce, meats and other products for use @ the restaurant.

This restaurant is a busy place frequented by young Washingtonians.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is knows the area. Working at a comparable venue ready for the next step or an ambitious server who is ready for the next move.

Must have an eclectic palate love food and able to handle high volume while remaining detail oriented.

This is a grwing company and more opportunities for growth will be available for the right candidate.
