Aloha Kitchen Challenge is taking place right here in Baltimore on Monday, August 17th at Roy’s Restaurant in Harbor East. James Beard Award Winning chef, Roy Yamaguchi of recent Top Chef Master fame will be in Baltimore to play master of ceremonies to the evening’s culinary challenge.

Ingredients:

3 Guest Chefs

3 Culinary Students

5 Course Wine Paired Dinner

1 You

Directions:

1. Guest chefs and culinary students will create a cook-off menu to be judged by you.

2. Culinary cook off with be a five courses paired with wines for $85.00.

3. Each guest judge (you) will be given a card to rate your courses and meal to be tallied at the end of the evening.
