:Addie’s Restaurant (www.addiesresaturant.com) is seeking passionate, highly motivated cooks looking to focus on using local products. This is a great opportunity for the right individuals to work with a talented food driven team.

Sous Chef Requirements:

• A great palate combined with a passion for food and the willingness to do what it takes with a strong sense of urgency.

• Kitchen management experience that encompasses all areas of a fine dining line and the ability to teach others those skills.

• 3-5 years experience in upscale cuisine.

• Culinary degree & food safety certification preferred.

Line Cook Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience working the line in a busy upscale restaurant.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, nights, & weekends.

• Ability to work well under pressure in addition to maintaining a clean & sanitary work station.

• Culinary degree or background a plus.


Addie’s Restaurant is part of Black Restaurant Group whose other businesses include Black’s Bar & Kitchen, Black Market Bistro, & BlackSalt.
