Steve W.
Thomas Cizauskas (from Select Wines) and I just finished spiling a cask of Flying Dog Gonzo Imperial Porter. We will be tapping at 5:15 this evening in the Eventide Lounge, and pouring until it's gone. Stop by for a glass if you're in the neighborhood. This is a really solid brew, once it has warmed up a bit and had a good chance to settle - its deep tones really heighten the longer it sits. The Gonzo was a much nicer experience compared to the cask I had tonight at another place, as while it started out at the appropriate warm temperature the IPA was supposed to be, the cold temperature of the room tapered it out to a strangeishly uber-mellow hue for an IPA.
