Chef Jeff Black, of Black Restaurant Group, is seeking Washington DC’s best candidates for Sous Chefs and Line Cooks for his new Restaurant and Bar, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace & Black Jack, located on 14th street, NW.

Applicants should possess the following:

Strong cooking fundamentals.

Proven professional experience.

Enthusiasm about becoming part of an opening restaurant team.

Ability to work well with others.

A passion for food and hospitality
