Black Restaurant Group is now hiring enthusiastic individuals to join the Front of the House Management team of their newest restaurant and bar, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace & Black Jack, located on 14th St. NW.

Mixologists/Beverage Directors must possess the following qualities:

Creative and enthusiastic about the beverage industry.

Previous Bartending experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Positive and engaging personality.

Advance knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beer.

Job responsibilities will include, creating and managing a beverage menu/program, Training Staff, Bartending PM shifts, representing the restaurant and company in different aspects of media.

FOH Managers must posses the following qualities:

Previous full service restaurant experience.

Take pride in service and hospitality.

Hardworking and Organized.

Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

Flexibility with schedule.
