Michel Richard loves a celebration, and this Bastille Day, Central Michel Richard fait une fête extraordinaire! Central Michel Richard announces the fourth annual Bastille Day Celebration, to be held Thursday, July 14th, 2011, from 5-10:30pm. Central will get the party started with food and drink specials from Executive Chef Jason Maddens and General Manager/Sommelier David Hale. Chef Madden will feature a special Prix-Fixe dinner menu, in addition to Central's everyday award winning menu.

The $38 special three course dinner menu includes appetizer choices of Pork Rillettes, Coquilles St. Jacques, or Pissaladiere; Entrees include Michels Chicken Cordon Bleu, Confit de Canard aux Lentilles Vertes, and Poisson en Papillote; and a dessert choice of Pots du Crème au Chocolat et aux Madelines, or Crème Brulee aux fruits. General Manager/Sommelier David Hale has created a Blue, White, and Red beverage pairing priced at $25: the Blue 92 cocktail will feature Champagne Gosset; our White wine offering will be St. Veran, Domaine Thibert 08; and our Red wine will be Les Sorcieres, Domaine Clos de Fees. All menu and beverage specials will also be available a la carte.

Let them hear MUSIC! The Laissez-Foure quartet, will play from 7-10pm.
