If any of you have never taken one our classes, they really are a lot of fun. We look at it more as a 'behind-the scenes" look at what we do here, but you should gain a bit of knowledge and you get to eat (and take home) a decent amount of chocolate. In any case, I have a limited number of spots available (we had a couple last minute cancellations). The class normally run $85/pp, but I am happy to discount it down to $75/pp for DR.com members.
