Ray's The Steaks Seeks to Build Partnership for New Venture

Ray's The Steaks seeks experienced, unified, cohesively driven and self-supporting whole-house (front, back, and administrative) 2, 3, or 4 person team to develop, build, execute and manage new venture. Team will operate at Managing Partner level with earned ownership stake if successful.

Applications will include: resume, personal vision statement, copies of all certifications, awards and degrees, and individual letters of recommendation from current employer and one past employer from each member of the team; team mission statement; team essay explaining how collective talents, motivations, goals and skill-sets will be applied to execution and management of world-class, radically superlative establishment; full business plan for 5000 square foot location including researched build-out costs and two year projections; and plan for the business venture as a means of community development.

Although equity is not required for partnership, financial statements, as well as police background checks, for each member of the team will be required prior to second round of application process.

Exceptionally strong, talented and motivated individuals will also be considered.

Deadline for application packages, to be delivered in person to 1725 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington or 8606 Colesville Road, Silver Spring is Saturday, September 9. Out of town applicants may use FedEx or UPS.
