They are hosting 3 events in 3 cities in October to launch the wines into the U.S. market. The first of the wine tastings will take place in New York, NY on Wednesday October 3rd from 4:00-7:00 at Kellari Restaurant located at 19 West 44th Street. Additional wine tastings will take place on Tuesday October 9th in Chicago, IL at Venus Restaurant located at 820 W. Jackson Blvd. and on Tuesday October 16th in Washington, DC at Ozio Restaurant located on 1813 M St. NW from 4:30-7:00. They will be featuring award-winning wines including: red wines from A.O.S. Nemea, organic dry and sweet white wines from the Aegean Island of Limnos, dry and sparkling rose wine from U.A.C. Amyntaio in northern Greece, and international grape varietle wines from Inomessiniaki. Greek grape varieties featured will be Agiorgitiko (St. George), Xinomavro, Moschofilero, and Muscat of Alexandria. Can you give us some idea of the cost? No Assyrtiko but there will be white wine from the Peloponnese. There will also be many wines I am sure you have not tried yet.
