We are looking for a professional person with a strong restaurant background to manage a comfortable neighborhood place with creative, carefully crafted food paired with old world wines. We are looking for a person who wants to work in an atmosphere that focuses on the food and wine experience in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Ideally, this person should have knowledge of wine, experience in front of the house and kitchen relations, and the ability to manage a team of people. The person should possess strong leadership skills that are thoughtful, individually focused and able to motivate and create a cohesive team. This person must also have experience in front of the house management, cost controls, scheduling, ordering, and inventory. The ideal person has a strong interest in working in a neighborhood restaurant with the intention of building and fostering a regular community clientele. Salary commensurate with experience.
