This is the second house I own and it is completely renovated from top to bottom. It is a townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with completely finished basement and a fenced private patio. Some features of the house: - Granite countertop and ceramic tile floor/wall in the bathrooms, - Granite countertop in the kitchen with brand new cabinets and brand new Kenmore stainless steel appliances, - Brand new carpet in the bedrooms and basement, - Brand new windows on the entry level and the basement, - Completely finished basement with a seperate office area (it can be used as a third/guest room) - Refinished hardwood floors (original from 1940s) - Fresh paint all over the house, - Assigned private parking ... and more. The address of the house is: 4622 #A 36th street South, Arlington,VA-22206. This area is called Fairlington and is a historic area from the 1940s. Everybody in and out of this board are welcome between 1 - 4 pm both on Monday and Sunday. There is no cover charge to see the house Some Pictures will be available by Monday. The print must be large enough for my grand mother to read, and she died in 1976. For those of us familiar with Fairlington, what is the model name of the place? You can link to the floorplan here.
