My Butcher And More, Gambrills

In real life I play the role of a tv producer, and I've been looking for a butcher to come on the program I work on and talk about the various cuts of meat and how best to prepare them.

Does anyone know of a good local butcher who might be willing to make a TV appearance?

I'm a big fan of Mike Smollon at My Butcher And More. Not only is he a CIA graduate with years in the restaurant and catering industry, but he runs a damn fine butcher shop in Crofton, MD. He was featured in the Washingtonian a year or so ago by Todd Kliman. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, and passionate about what he does.
