(Ever so slightly-modified quote from the distillery website ): Green Verveine du Velay (55°): Powerful and cool – ideal at the end of a good meal – to be tasted very cold, preferably right out of the freezer!Yellow Verveine du Velay (40°): The sweetness of Yellow Verveine du Velay will be pleasing especially to delicate palates. To be tasted nice and cold, on its own or in a cocktail. Verveine du Velay Extra (40°): Full-flavoured and mature, Verveine du Velay Extra has an incomparable taste! To be tasted cold or at room temperature, to end a meal perfectly. Liqueur recognized with medals several times over at international competitions.
