Hi, I'm David. I arrived in Washington in 1970 and found a job as a management intern at Treasury Department. My immediate boss was something of an epicure and pointed me in the direction of the best moderately priced restaurants in town. My favorite lunch place was Chez Francois on Connecticut Avenue. Alas, they eventually moved out to Maryland and converted from a moderate bistro to a special event restaurant. I still miss it. David in Arlington
