Hey my name's Toby and I heard about this site from my buddy Chris I used to work with. I am steadily becoming more interested in cooking and eating a wide variety of foods, and I thought this would be a great place to start to learn about these things. I have already found some helpful tips on here, so I look forward to learning more. I will probably have more qurestions than tips, so thanks to everyone in advance for the help. Toby
