Hello! I've been in the DC area for 6 years now. Originally from Florida (where great restaurants could be a rare occurrence) I'm loving the variety of food options available to me in this area and in NYC. I enjoy great food where the chef uses textures and tastes to a perfection. I try to stay away from the everyday eateries which usually means I don't eat out much All in all, I love food that is well thought out beforehand.
I'm always looking for new places to try so please forward the good ones my way.
