My first post...joined a month ago. My name is Steve and I like pretty much any cuisine from any country...the more unusual the better. I like to (attempt) to cook....tend to be better at Iranian and Lebanese than more standard fare. My family seems to live on chicken so I have dozens of chicken recipes to lean on, and I will always look for red meat when I'm out at restaurants. Wish there was an Ethiopian restaurant in Rockville area....
