Hello All, I am the GM and resident Wineguy at Grapeseed Bistro and Wine bar in Bethesda, Maryland. I am a victim of the the oh so common curse of working for years in restaurants, which leads to an obsesion for good food, good wine and great company. But because I work in a restaurant it means I never have time to go out and dine. So I have always heard wonderful things about this site and figure I should do my research here before I venture out into the world of DC/Md/Va dining.
