Hi, everyone. My name is Rob. First taste of the food industry was at a pizza place in the early 90's...best job ever. Since That time I've had many jobs unrelated to cooking -- none of which I loved -- which ultimately led to me making the decision to go to culinary school and become a cook. So here I am, an unemployed cook who took off half a year to learn spanish in South America -- and now I'm back in the U.S. looking for work and working on an idea for a restaurant in Ecuador.
