Hello,
I am not in the food industry except as a consumer. From living in Antwerp, London, Sarnia, and a few other places,struggling with postage stamp kitchens, unknown cuts of meat, seafood, weird vegetables, etc. I learned to love adventures with food, exploring new cuisines, new restaurants, new techniques. (what a run on sentence.) I collect cook books not necessarily to use but to get a vicarious thrill from the reading. The service and ambience at a restaurant is as important to me as the food. I look forward to finding new places to explore by reading this website.
