Hi, I am new to the site, and got wind of it because of the article on Peter Chang in the New Yorker. I went down to Charlottesville last weekend, btw, and as many of you already know, Chang's food is superlative - best Chinese food I have ever had. Anyway, I am excited about being part of the site, and hope to read and post on a regular basis.
