Hi there, My name's Brock. I'm somewhat of a debutant cook looking, at the risk of sounding terribly cliche, to "broaden my horizons". I'm currently a college student, so cooking/dining on a shoestring budget is something that I'm getting pretty good at. I'm looking forward to using the information here to become a better cook and mostly just to learn, because I have a lot of that to do.
