September 23rd Flying Dog Brewery and The Hilton Springfield (located at 6550 Loisdale Rd. Springfield, VA 22150) will be hosting a Beer Dinner that is sure to knock your socks and get you ready for season ahead. All food and beer served at this dinner will be local with many of the items being organic as well. So come join us at the Hilton Springfield for a night that is sure to delight your taste buds. Only 50 seats available for this exclusive event. Call the Hotel at 703 971 8900 and ask for the sales department to book a seat.   2. Hey Everyone, I'm Steve and I am the Executive Chef at the Hilton in Springfield Va. I have worked in the area for about two and half years including opening the Gaylord National Old Hickory fine dining steak house, working with Will Artley at the Evening Star Cafe, and Opening Columbia Firehouse in Old Town Alexandria.
