    Laura -- saw your post.  So sorry you're going thru this ordeal!  I work for an attorney in Old Town.  He does wills & estates, but anytime a client of ours has an issue and needs a referral to an attorney for a situation that has the potential for litigation, he sends them to Tom Curcio 703-836-3366.  His office is in Old Town, but he works throughout the NoVa area.  He'll do right by you.  Tell them that Weezy in Gary Lonergan's office sent you.

      Thank you so much for this information!  I really hope it won't come to that, but it's good to have a name of an attorney, just in case.
